For 30 years, the church in Seville, Spain has faithfully served its neighborhood from the same building. While our mission remains strong, our current space, which is only 60 square meters, has become too small for our growing congregation and ministry needs. In the last three years, we’ve outgrown the space entirely. The building is not registered, lacks fire exits, and does not provide adequate room for children’s and youth ministries, which are critical to our future.

After much prayer and searching, we have identified an ideal property just a short distance away. At 200 square meters, it offers the space we need for safe, effective ministry. It already includes completed office space, needs minimal renovations, and we can secure a license to use it as a worship facility. The owners have offered us a rent-to-buy contract, €1,250 per month (approximately $1,350 USD) for 18 months, all of which will count toward the purchase price. We will also place a €10,000 deposit (about $10,800 USD), protected by a clause that requires the seller to repay double (€20,000 / $21,600 USD) if the agreement terms are changed. During this time, we will sell our current building that is estimated between €80,000–€100,000 ($86,000–$108,000 USD)—and raise funds for the remaining purchase cost.

We believe God is leading us to provide a space that is safe, welcoming, and aligned with the needs of our church family and broader community. This new facility will not only support worship services and discipleship activities but also allow us to launch age-appropriate ministries for children and youth. We also plan to use the building for language classes, counseling, and leadership development, opening our doors even wider to the community we’ve been called to serve.
