Description:

As the Asia-Pacific Region strategically invests in the theological education of up-and-coming scholars to become faculty members and leaders in the Education Systems of Asia Pacific, financial resources are needed to promote identified individuals into further educational programs and degrees.

Scholarships will contribute to tuition fees, and equipment needed for study (laptop, internet access, texts). With the decentralisation of theological education and ministry preparation across the Region, there is an urgent need for many more qualified teachers and mentors to guide students in their educational journey.

This project aims to help to develop a highly qualified pool of educators who will be able to meet educational needs across the institutions of the region and wider regional educational initiatives.

Leaders estimate an annual need of $20,000 to meet the goals of this project.
