The Seminary’s Conference Center in Guatemala is a vital space for ministry, training, and gatherings, but after many years of heavy use and environmental impact it has left the facility in serious need of repair. Both the interior and exterior have deteriorated, with a failing roof, damaged doors, and worn finishes. Several large trees now pose a safety risk, as their roots are lifting floors, damaging infrastructure, and affecting a retaining wall that could become hazardous if not addressed.
This project focuses on restoring the conference center to a safe, functional, and welcoming condition through roof replacement, tree removal, structural repairs, and some fresh paint.
The conference center is used not only by the seminary, but also by local churches who rent the facility. Income from these rentals play an important role in supporting the seminary’s ongoing operations and maintenance.
By helping restore this space, teams will strengthen a resource that serves both theological education and the wider church community.
