This project is a celebration of support for our missionary kids (MK’s). We are blessed to have several missionary families who live and serve in the South America Region, within these families they represent 34 missionary kids from the ages of 0-17.

Every year, we have several events that these MK’s get to participate in. One of those events it is called Rendezvous. It is a high school-aged event geared towards helping them prepare for cultural re-entry and cultural transitions as they prepare for high school graduation. In addition to Rendezvous, the South America region is seeking to provide opportunities for MKs to get together at regional events to share life and experiences amongst themselves. We believe these opportunities will help MKs create a stronger bond with other peers and help them appreciate our denomination's connectedness and interdependence.

The next Rendezvous event in Singapore will be December 29, 2024- January 4, 2025. It is a great distance for the kids to travel, but this year, we have 10 high school MKs, and we never want cost to be a determent for a missionary kid to be able to participate and enjoy an event that is solely based on caring for them!
