Kyung Hee Kim is from South Korea. When she was 14 years old, she sensed God calling her to be a missionary. After graduating with a theology degree from Korea Nazarene University, she spent 7 years working as a "Tentmaker missionary" in a large Creative Access Country. In 2007, she moved to the Philippines for further study and graduated with an M.Div degree from Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in Manila in 2011.
In March 2014, Kyung Hee was sent back to the Philippines by the Korea District to engage in cross-cultural ministry. She completed the application process and in March 2022, she was officially recognized by Global Missions as a missionary under Sponsored Deployment with the Church of the Nazarene.
She moved again from the Philippines to Pohnpei (FSM) on September 22 in 2022, where she has served Kolonia Church of the Nazarene since October 12. In the Pohnpei (in FSM), her focus is on disciple making with spiritual growing in Kolonia Church, and leadership development. At the same time, she is also helping the Eldorado Church of the Nazarene (Philippines) in their church construction project.
