Patrick and Dayana Mellis serve as evangelism coordinators and church planters in Northwest Guatemala. Patrick is an ordained Nazarene minister from the United States and has been serving as a missionary in Guatemala since 2017. Dayana is Guatemalan and studied education with a focus on teaching English as a second language. They were married in November 2021 and are currently working to plant a church in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Their heart is to reach out to those who don’t know Christ, lead them to Christ, and then train them to be future leaders. They reach out to the local community through soccer, English classes, Bible studies, and direct evangelism.
