Jim and Angela Domroes along with their children J.J. and Gracie are missionaries serving in Paraguay, South Cone Field in the South America Region.

Jim was born in Buffalo, NY and graduated as an Industrial Engineer. He worked in the engineering field for over 3 decades in the United States until God called him to the mission field thousands of miles away from home. Jim is also an ordained Pastor and Bible teacher. With his wife as a ministry partner, they have been working with the church to reach the lost, make disciples and train pastors and leaders. Their goal is to encourage the church on the field and back home in America to step out in faith and fulfill the Great Commission. Before deployment the Domroes led evangelism teams in multiple short-term mission trips to Central, South America, the Caribbean and Indonesia. They also connected people with Jesus in hospitals and prisons through visits, worship and Bible studies. They believe that God is worthy of any sacrifice and for their family it is an honor to join God in advancing His Kingdom here on earth.

Angela was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia in a non-Christian family. She moved to the United States in 2002 to pursue a Master’s Degree and God in his mercy, orchestrated her encounter with the Master and lover of her soul: JESUS. She is a Spanish <>English interpreter and translator certified by the Supreme Court of VA and was working in the Judicial Courts System when God called her to the mission field - a desire of her heart-. Angela also has the privilege of being a Pastor with a District license and in the pursuing of Ordination soon. In Paraguay she has been coordinating the Nazarene Mission Teams (NMT) nationally, participated in building churches, worked with the NYI, spoken at Women’s Conferences and lead emotional healing seminars, etc.

J.J. loves technology, volleyball, table tennis, soccer and fencing. Gracie loves swimming, art, reading and baking. The kids miss their home country sometimes but are conscious that people need Jesus and that as a family they must obey their call to the mission field.

Jim nació en Buffalo, NY y se graduó como Ingeniero Industrial. Trabajó en el campo de la ingeniería por más de 3 décadas en los Estados Unidos hasta que Dios lo llamó al campo misionero a miles de kilómetros de su hogar. Jim también es pastor ordenado y maestro de la Biblia. Con su esposa como compañera de ministerio, han estado trabajando con la iglesia para alcanzar a los perdidos, hacer discípulos y entrenar pastores y líderes. Su objetivo es animar a la iglesia en el campo y tambien en su distrito en Estados Unidos a dar un paso de fe y a cumplir con la Gran Comisión.  Antes de dejar su pais, los Domroes dirigieron equipos de evangelización en múltiples viajes misioneros de corta duración a Centroamérica, Sudamérica, el Caribe e Indonesia. También conectaron a la gente con Jesús en hospitales y prisiones a través de visitas, adoración y estudios bíblicos.  Ellos creen que Dios es digno de cualquier sacrificio y para su familia es un honor unirse al avance de Su Reino aquí en la tierra.

Angela nació y creció en Bogotá, Colombia en una familia no cristiana. Se mudó a los Estados Unidos en el 2002 para estudiar una Maestría y Dios en su misericordia, orquestó su encuentro con el Maestro y amante de su alma: JESUS.  Ella es intérprete y traductora de español e inglés certificada por la Corte Suprema de Virginia. E.E.U.U. y estaba trabajando  en el Sistema de Tribunales Judiciales cuando Dios la llamó al campo misionero -era un deseo de su corazón-. Angela también tiene el privilegio de ser Pastora con licencia Distrital y en vías de Ordenación próximamente. En Paraguay ha estado coordinando los Equipos Misioneros Nazarenos (NMT) a nivel nacional, ha participado en la construcción de iglesias, ha trabajado con la JNI, ha hablado en Conferencias de Mujeres y ha dirigido seminarios de sanación emocional, entre otros.

A J.J. le encanta la tecnología, el voleibol, el tenis de mesa, el fútbol y la esgrima.  A Gracie le encanta nadar, el arte, leer y hacer postres. A veces los chicos echan de menos su país natal, pero son conscientes de que la gente necesita a Jesús y de que como familia deben obedecer el llamado al campo misionero.

Por favor, únete a la familia Domroes en los confines del mundo orando para que miles de millones sean alcanzados. Ora para que se abran puertas para el Evangelio donde quiera que vayan y por  fortaleza y protección espiritual y física.
