Serving In

Kaylee Shaw is not new when it comes to working in missions. Born in Coldwater, Michigan, into a Christian home and family, a personal relationship with Christ was fostered and encouraged throughout her childhood. While being homeschooled, Kaylee actively participated in district activities and local youth groups where she was surrounded by peers who were pursuing their faith and where she began to develop a strong, personal walk with God.

During her high school years, Kaylee participated in two state-side mission trips, which deepened her understanding of service and community engagement. These experiences allowed her to learn how to serve her own community more effectively and with greater intentionality. She has since continued to serve internationally, developing experience in relationship-focused ministry and cultural awareness.

At this stage, Kaylee’s calling is focused on working with the people and cultures within her own country. Outside of ministry, she enjoys travel, exploring new foods, hiking, skiing, and sewing. All of these interests reflect her curiosity, creativity, and appreciation for God’s creation.
