The Church of the Nazarene Faculty of Theology (FATEN) is a Wesleyan theological institution of higher learning that works to develop leaders capable of transforming women and men into the likeness of Christ to impact their communities and the world. It serves the Church in Africa and beyond.

FATEN is designed to train and form French-speaking ministers for service in the church through discipling, training and mentoring. It offers a bachelor’s degree in Christian ministry, preparing men and women to serve as pastors, chaplains, Christian educators, evangelists, missionaries, youth leaders, or in community development or urban ministry.

Education through FATEN is primarily online, meaning that though it was originally born to serve French-speaking Africa, it reaches French-speakers anywhere in the world who have access to the internet.

This innovative new institution of higher education will equip generations of leaders to bring la Bonne Nouvelle de l'Évangile (the Good News of the gospel) to the world. Will you be a part of that vision?
