Brazil NYI National Conference - Lidere’25, an initiative by NYI Brasil, is a national leadership development conference created to address a pressing need in the Brazilian church: the growing need of support and training for young local leaders. NYI Brazil’s recent research revealed a generational gap of over 30 years between pastors and NYI presidents, with more than 50% of young leaders stepping away due to limited mentorship and support.

This conference is designed to change that reality by equipping a new generation of leaders with practical training, emotional support, and a deep spiritual foundation.

Goals, Mission, & Vision

• Goal: Train and develop 210 new leaders across Brazil, including worship ministers, preachers, and missionaries.
• Mission: Reach, train, and empower leaders to share the gospel and build a culture of transformation rooted in Christ’s love and Kingdom values.
• Vision: Cultivate lasting impact by raising leaders who remain committed to the mission of discipleship and community transformation.

Lidere’25 is more than an event—it’s a call to action. A call to raise up committed, Spirit led leaders ready to shape the future of the Church in Brazil.
