In the USA/Canada region, church planting declined significantly during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, dropping to about 70 new churches per year. Regional leaders recognize the critical need to reverse this trend, and a strategic first step is to hire a Church Planting Champion. This experienced leader will cast vision, build partnerships, and mobilize leaders to increase church planting to 200 new churches annually. With focused leadership and a strong strategy, this role will be key to reignite a multiplying movement across the region.

God is calling us to expand His Kingdom through a renewed church planting movement. Striving to meet the goal to plant 200 new churches each year will mean more communities reached with the Gospel, more leaders empowered, and a broader, more diverse church presence globally. This is about moving from decline to multiplication.

Our goals for the next two years:

• Increasing new church plants from 70 to 200 per year.
• Establishing strong partnerships with church planting organizations.
• Equipping a growing number of multicultural leaders.
• Creating scalable systems and momentum for long-term growth.

We plan to achieve our goals through strategic vision casting, pointed collaboration, multicultural emphasis, and tactical events to foster engagement. These events will include church practitioner events, immersive learning opportunities with active models, global and regional conferences, and inspirational connection at high-impact church planting sites.
