The Eurasia North Field (ENF) is committed to equipping pastors, leaders, and disciples through theological education that transforms lives and strengthens communities. Serving diverse contexts across the field, ENF’s Learning Centers provide vital training that prepares women and men to lead with confidence and faith. Many graduates are already serving as pastors, evangelists, and mentors, extending the reach of the gospel far beyond the classroom.

While the ministry has seen significant growth and success—including graduations in 2024 where students stepped directly into leadership roles—its financial reserves are steadily depleting. Without renewed support, the long-term sustainability of theological education in ENF is at risk. This project seeks to address that urgent need by developing a strong promotional and fundraising strategy, reconnecting with past donors, reaching new supporters, and ensuring transparent communication about how funds are used.

An annual budget will provide stability and growth for theological education across ENF. These funds will:

• Cover administration and coordination cost ensuring smooth operations across multiple Learning Centers.
• Support lecturer expenses helping to deliver high-quality education.
• Provide for scholarships and additional costs, removing barriers for students called into ministry.

By investing in this initiative, we are able ensure sustainable financial support for scholarships, faculty development, and operational needs. More importantly, they invest in the future of the Church by empowering new pastors, strengthening local congregations, and raising up a new generation of missional leaders with a strong Nazarene identity.
