As John Wesley wrote, "The world is my parish." The church is where local people meet to celebrate community in many places worldwide. This is particularly true in the North Andean Field (NAF), which includes Colombia, Venezuela, and Ecuador.

This project began in 2023, and in that year, they were able to construct a new playground at the Iglesia del Nazareno Renacer Huamboya in Ecuador. The congregation does not have a church building yet, but thanks to some enterprising young Nazarenes excitement about this project, they were able to serve their community’s little ones and families through a new playground.

Field leaders are excited about the possibilities for more churches to be equipped with playgrounds, which are popular gathering places for parents and their children. When playgrounds are on church grounds, there is a greater opportunity for the church to establish connections with local families.
