Grace and Ervz Tia serve as missionaries with the Church of the Nazarene on the Asia-Pacific Region. Grace serves as the Regional Secretary, Regional General Assembly Coordinator, and provides direct support to the Regional Director, helping ensure strong coordination, administration, and effective communication across the region.

Ervz serves in regional communications, using his background in media production, storytelling, and digital strategy to help share the mission of the Church and equip leaders across the region. Creative and innovative, he develops resources, media tools, and narratives that highlight God’s work and strengthen engagement across the global church.

Both Ervz and Grace served in the communications ministry under the Asia-Pacific Resource Center - the Asia-Pacific Region communications center, for 25 years before becoming missionaries.

Grace and Ervz have been married since 2002 and are blessed with three children: Erin (22), Dan (9), and Adam (4). Their family enjoys music, good food, serving together whenever possible. The Tias are committed to living out their faith as a family and supporting the mission of making Christlike disciples in the nations.
