Brian Utter is on specialized volunteer global assignment for the Church of the Nazarene.

Brian serves in dual responsibilities as the Global Coordinator for World Mission Broadcast and as General Manager for the Shine.FM radio network at Olivet Nazarene University. Brian served as Regional Communications Coordinator for the South America Region from 2001 through 2008.

Brian graduated with a BA in Communications from Olivet Nazarene University in 1991, an MA in Missiology from Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City in 1994 and an MA in Communications from the University of Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain in 2008. Brian is married to Lynne who serves as the administrative assistant to the School of Music at Olivet Nazarene University.

They have two sons, Jacob and Michael.
